Frequently asked questions.

Will I get two bills?

Yes, you will have two bills: a fixed bill for your solar panels and a small utility connection fee to be connected to the grid, which can range between $10 - $30 monthly only if we can install enough solar panels to produce all your Annual KWH consumption.

Does my property get a lien?

No, your property won't have a lien if you don't use the two most known banks, Ygreen or PACE. We make sure the homeowner is aware of this. Once again, we do not use those two banks when someone goes solar.

What happens if I move?

If you choose to move, you can transfer the solar fixed payment with the warranty to the next homeowner. Once again, transferring the utility company to the next homeowner is the same concept as with the solar fixed payment when someone moves out of the property. It is a straightforward process, and our solar banks make it happen straightforwardly.

How do I know the right solar size system for my home?

Our Solar specialist will request a copy of your utility bill so we can determine how much KWH you use per year. For example, if you use 20,000 KWH per year, our engineer will check whether your roof has enough space to put enough panels to produce all the power your property needs.

What are the choices for going solar?

There are only three ways to go solar in the USA.

Cash

Financing

Leasing

Any of these choices is an excellent Return on your investment if the numbers make sense for your property.
